You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- If a course or educational content has been partially accessed or used.
6. Subscriptions
For subscription-based services:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 2 days of subscribing, you may be eligible for a full refund for that period.
- After 2 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
